One of our specialities: thick-cut across the centre of the rump and steeped in our unique marinade. It's ideal for barbequeing, roasting or griddling.
 
We recommend slicing thinly at a 45 degree angle when serving.
 
Suitable for feeding a group: 600-700g will serve 2-4 people and 1-1.2kg will serve 6-8 people.
